New Construction Home Inspection

Not all homes are perfect including new ones. That’s why a New Construction Home Inspection can protect your investment. Municipal Inspectors inspect newly constructed homes using the NC Residential Building Code but this is a bare minimum for building standards. Our home inspector not only checks building codes but best practices and manufacturer recommendations. Also, our home inspector is a Licensed General Contractor. A huge asset to the inspection process. Our New Construction Home Inspection gives you a top to bottom view of your new home and gives you peace of mind to move forward with closing.

Licensed and experienced as well as highly rated, our home inspector looks for any issues that you need to know about before closing on your home. Our New Construction Home Inspection includes:

  • Inspecting the basement, roof, exterior and other major areas
  • Reviewing all of the systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, ventilation and structural
  • Alerting you to health and safety risks
  • Helping you save money by avoiding expensive surprises
  • Providing the details you need to make informed decisions

Our Home Inspections take anywhere from 2 to 5 hours, depending on the size and condition of the home. You can attend the home inspection so that you are informed in person on the condition of your home. If you cannot attend, the report will have the level of detail you need to understand the condition of the home. Also, our home inspector is available via phone to discuss the report.

Detailed Report

A detailed report is emailed within 24 hours of the home inspection. It includes checklists, descriptions and digital photos of any issues found. In addition, our home inspector’s job is not finished until you understand all of the information in the report.
